What teaching resources do you use?

Most students come with a book they or their school have already chosen. Because I have worked with students from different schools, I am very familiar with a wide variety of Latin courses from beginners to A Level. Below is a list with some examples for Latin:

  • Cambridge Latin Course

  • Suburani - this is a brand new course and one of my favourites!

  • De Romanis

  • Ecce Romani

  • Minimus

  • Taylor and Cullen books (Latin to GCSE, Latin Beyond GCSE, etc)

  • Latin to Common Entrance - including scholarship

  • Lingua Latina Per Se Illustrata

  • Wheelock's Latin

And here are the examples for Greek:

  • Taylor's Greek to GCSE, Greek Beyond GCSE, etc

  • Reading Greek

  • Athenaze

  • Greek Through Reading

For GCSE, A Level and beyond, I have a wide variety of resources to meet your needs, and I am constantly creating new ones to suit all learning needs.

What are your courses like?

I design my courses around my students' skills and interests, and I assess progress openly with regularity. I can provide bespoke resources if needed, and I have excellent knowledge of existing literature to guide you in choosing any additional materials. Below is a comprehensive list of the courses that I offer regularly.

My home is in Richmond, UK, and teach mostly students preparing for examination in English and International boards, as well as entry to UK secondaries and universities. I conduct my teaching in English but I am also fluent in Spanish, Catalan, German and French, and I can provide support in those languages for students that are starting to learn in English after a relocation or a change to an international school.

Ask me your questions!

If you have any questions about GCSE, iGCSE, A Level or IB course choices, please do get in touch and I will help you understand the requirements for each examining board. I can also point you in the direction of resources and information to give the subject a try and see if it is for you.
